We understand what families go through when a love done passes away. Let us ease the burden by hosting a brunch or lunch after the services.

Corporate Training and Retreats

Looking for an offsite comfortable venue for company (certification) instruction, benefits rollout seminars, sexual harassment training, or sale and marketing retreats. We offer breakfast and lunch, as well as breaktime refreshments and snacks. Audio Visual equipment is available, and we provide high speed internet and Wi-Fi at no extra charge.

Our Ballroom dimensions are 50' 8" x 94' 9". The Ballroom can comfortably hold up to 300 with a dance floor; 350 without a dance floor. Linens are provided in a wide range of color choices.

Our Preferred Partners can provide centerpieces and decorations and prices are quoted in advance. You may also provide your own centerpieces and decorations.

Wedding events have a minimum of 80 adult guests. Banquets and showers are a minimum of 40 adult guests. Private parties and corporate events also require a minimum of 40 adults guests. Funeral Services require a minimum of 40 adult guests with minimal notice, when the room is available.

The bar room dimensions are as follows:

Ballroom ceiling heights from ceiling to floor are 9' 4". From bottom of the ceiling beams to floor is 8' 10"; from chandelier to floor 7' 10". The center rectangle (dance floor) is 15' x 2.

The cocktail bar room holds up to 65 people comfortably without requiring a dance floor, so it is perfect for showers or parties that do not have a DJ. The intimacy of the size of the room is perfect and can be decorated per the client's specifications.

The pergola dimensions are as follows: Post to Post is 15' 2" Wide and post to post is 83" Deep. The rafter to flower box is 68" tall and the rafter to paver floor is 98" tall.

Please note for the health and safety of the wildlife around us, we do not allow any confetti on the tables or grounds for any kind of event. If flower petals are to be used outside during a ceremony we ask that they be real and not artificial.

Settles Hill facilities are handicapped accessible throughout the building. We offer a bridal suite up to 3 hours before the ceremony for brides and bridal parties to do their hair and make-up or just to relax. Any additional time required by the bridal party will be billed at $50 charge per hour.
